Special Guest Speaker: Ronald Harrington

 

Ronald Harrington has over a decade of property management experience and has spoken at the NAA Apartmentalize conference for the last 2 years. He holds a Master of Arts in Residential Property Management from Ball State University. He holds the Certified Apartment Leasing Professional and the Certified Apartment Manager credentials from the NAAEI.

 

Ronald has spent the last 5 years of his career traveling the country while working for The Sterling Group, Northland, and 29th Street. In his free time, Ronald shops apartment communities to gauge the current state of leasing. In 2023, he set a goal to complete 100 shops by the end of the year. He completed 101 shops with 88 different management companies across 13 states. He took this information and created the successful podcast Rooms with Ronald, which is powered by the Multifamily Media Network.

 

If he isn’t shopping apartment communities, you can find him volunteering with the National Apartment Association NextGen Committee.
