Leadership Consultant with Equis Consulting

​Tom Meier is a leadership consultant with more than 25 years of experience in the areas of organizational and employee development. He specializes in leadership, career management, and building resilience. Tom has been certified by Marshall Goldsmith as an Executive Coach. In addition to his work with Mountain West, Tom has worked with companies that range from JP Morgan Chase to Hewlett Packard and his client service background has ranged from workshop facilitation for large groups to providing individualized services through a range of Leadership assessments.
