Recommendation Form

If you have an employee interested in participating in the Renewing Pathway and have asked for your recommendation, please complete the recommendation form below.  

As you complete the form, please make sure your employee qualifies for the Pathway before submitting the form.  

If you are unsure, please see the requirements below.

Pathway Requirements

Attendance & Dependability

No unplanned time off within the last 3 months.

Can be counted on to meet deadlines, punctual and maintains consistent and predictable schedule. Very  efficient in planning and executing work.

Initiative & Leadership

The employee should be known for regularly taking the iniative to complete tasks without being asked or reminded.

 

They communicate effectively with their colleagues and managers keeping them informed of any potential issues or delays and make sound decusions.

Time With Renewing

The employee must have been with Renewing for a year or more.

Experience

Leasing( current position):

2 years of industry experience

Assistant Manager LV1 

 (Current position):

1 year experience as an Assistant Manager LV1 & 2 years of industry experience

Assistant Manager LV2 (Current Position):

1 year experience as an Assistant Manager LV2 & 3 years of industry experiance

Leasing KPI's Met

Leasing KPI's:

Neglected leads must be under 20%

Assistant Manager KPI's:

Neglected leads under 20%

Employee Counseling

The employee must have no write ups or connseling on file for the last year.
