About the event
Join us for an interactive mini leadership challenge, Locked In: Lead Your Way Out, Leadership "Escape" Room.
Facilitated by Ashanti Sturkey-Coleman, Director of Professional Development, this high-stakes workshop puts your leadership and collaboration skills to the test.
The Challenge: Your team has just 45 minutes to turn around a struggling fictional property before the President arrives. To succeed, you must solve a series of five interconnected puzzles. Each solved challenge unlocks the next step toward impact.
Because leadership isn't one big decision—it’s a series of small choices that drive real results.
Are you ready to unlock your team's potential?
